9/26 Training

James "The Thinker" Smith helped me create a protocol to allow my pec/shoulder to heal, while still getting a training effect. He asked that I don't go into too much detail about it, so the log will be a bit boring probably.

High Board and Reverse Band Work for fairly high volume and low intensity.

Deadlift-315x6x3, this was my first foray into the world of sumo deadlifting. I took an Ed Coan-esque stance and really liked it. I think this will be much more conducive to utilizing my greatest strengths, my legs/hips, and allow me to keep a more upright posture for less back involvement.

Abs/Core-2x10 of Situps on the GHR with weight behind my head, KB Side Bends and 45 degree back extensions.
