I'm really feeling good about this training program and feel I can break 450 in a couple weeks, run the program again and break into the upper 450's, and into mid 460's this year... Would be great to have some good training and hit 472 this year as well!
Bench Press warm ups Add Shirt 365 x 3 x 3 to a 1 board (less than 1 but...) 390.5 x 2 x 2 ("paused) to a 3 board
Incline Bench Press Bar x 25 x 3 sets, 3 grips 135 x 10 x 2 sets, wider grips
Fat Gripz Dbell 100 lbs x 3 each arm (huge PR with my left)
GHR and ABS BW x 4 x 2 sets each
Atlas Stones 190 lbs to 67 inches
Headed to the house for some good eats!!!
