9/30 Training

High volume bench work on high boards and reverse bands. My pec is feeling fine and I feel good about progressing in this method until about 5 weeks out from the meet when I'll be good to take heavy weight off the chest again.

Sumo Deads-4x5x345, very light and fast, just getting use to this Coan-esque sumo stance, which feels very natural. I'm just adding 30# per session (deadlifting 2x week) for the next 4 weeks, then I'll do 3 sessions of heavy work before the meet.

Straight Leg Situps-3x10 with 50 pounds
