The following was done as a circuit for 5 sets of 10 with no rest
Standing dynamic Blackburns
Seated IT Band stretch
Physio ball crunches
Physio ball rev hyper
Side step ups
This took no time at all. My body felt better as I went along. I broke a little sweat so I must have gotten something out of it. If I keep this up, I'll need to get me some dolphin running shorts.
I need to thank Brian Carroll for coming on Just Big last night. He did an excellent job. I look forward to getting him on again in the not too distant future. I have to say the EliteFTS athletes are all awesome to have on. They are a very intelligent and interesting bunch. Thanks to all who have participated in the past.
Lastly, a big shout out to Josh McMillan. What an amazing transformation he made. For those who don't know, he took first in the heavyweight class of his show. He just missed out on the overall. A crazy accomplishment for a first time bodybuilder. Well done Josh! Now come back to powerlifting where you belong.
