Fantastic Five Custom Brian "Hollywood" Holloway warmup
The following was done as a circuit for 5 sets of 10
Dynamic med ball wall press/pass
H-rolls 20 lbs
Dbl rows 80 lbs
Lying tri ext 2 chains per handle
Gaspari bar curls 50 lbs
My training has been far too light lately and I feel like a weenus. However, my body is feeling better so that has been the point of this nonsense. That said, I needed to push myself a bit today just to feel like I am accomplishing something. Originally I programmed 3 sets of each exercise. So I decided to ramp it up to 5 and complete them as a circuit. Well, I only took two minutes between circuits and busted my butt. I was breathing heavily and sweating. I must say, I don't often sweat while training in the fall. It felt good.
