ART and stretching
Squats w/40 lb weight vest 10x10
I was pretty beat up after ART and stretching. I usually drag the sled on Wednesday's, but besides the doc abusing me, it was raining out and I did not want to melt. So I threw on the weight vest and really worked form on squats. I focused on staying very upright and forcing my knees out like crazy. I also sat them plenty below parallel. I figured this would assist in some increased hip flexibility and help with my rehab.
On a completely different note, I checked out some Bellator fights I had in the dvr while getting my work in. The fights were from their heavyweight tournament on 10/1. There were some very entertaining fights. I like watching the big guys slug it out. Not a bad option for free fights. I think they normally air on Saturday nights on MTV2.
