Thursday - Conditioning and recovery

-40 minute stroll
-Upper and lower foam roll
-Shoulder traction/stretching
-ITB stretch

Yeah, walking isn't really conditioning, but I didn't even feel like doing that. There will be plenty of time to condition when my meet is over.
