Friday - Bench training

Foam roll upper and lower
Fabulous fourteen warmup
Bench 45x20, 140x10 to 1/2 board 230x5, 320x3, 410x1 Add shirt to 2 board 600x1, to chest 800x0, 850x1
Fat bar extensions 165 3x10
Overhead band presses 3x10

The 800 would just not touch, not even going to bother with that weight anymore.
