DE Bench Day, somewhat...

Last week we did reps to failure instead of speed work and decided to do it again but instead of incline bench we hit the decline. Here's what I did...

Decline Bench 135x10, 225x3, 315x2, 315x18, 315x20!(totally gassed!)

Tricep Ext w/band 3sets of 10

Db Shoulder Presses 60's x20, 70's x20, 70's x16

Lat Pulldowns 3sets of 10

Abs and I was done. Today felt great! The reps really whooped my ass. LOL!
