Saturday - Conditioning and recovery

Treadmill, 20 minutes LISS
Foam roll upper and lower
Stretch shoulders and ITB
Contrast shower

Low back was really tight from benching on Friday. I really worked my arch. I got my feet back further than usual so I could really belly up to meet the bar. Walking and rolling it out losened it up nicely.
