Sunday - Lower assistance
Slow and steady seven, basic warmup
Kneeling band ab pulldowns 3x10
Bodyweight squats 3x10
Standing band gm's 3x10
Calf raises 3x10
Side step up 3x10
Lying band leg curl 3x10
Band TKE 3x10
No real pain in the ITB in everyday movements. I went to a higher box for my side step ups and can feel much more activation in the area. Just continiuing with the motto of slow and steady. However, if I go much slower my legs are going to atrophy into bench only guy legs and nobody wants those.
