Getting close to the meet so I'm doing even less work than usual. Body is feeling as good as I can remember in a long time. Not perfect, but improved. Interestingly, I have been suffering a little calf/shin pain. To address it, I figured I'd try some calf raises on my lower training day. I'm pleased to report that it has helped tremendously.
Also to report, I did not eat breakfast this morning. I usually eat at 6:00 am. I have been fighting off nausea on a regular basis and it is at its worst in the morning. Going to try and hold off eating until around 10:30. Hoping that will combat this problem.
