Tuesday, Bench - Dbell, PR Video

Back to my bench program, week 1, based on my recent PR of 452.

Woke up from Nausea. I spent the entire weekend in another city at a cousin's wedding, didn't train, and their idea of a 4 star bed and mine is very different. Woke up and could barely move, severe headaches, and ended up taking some anti-inflammatory meds...which always ends up in stomach issues for a few days. I was paying for it Tuesday morning. Didn't feel good but I'd missed Sunday training and I'd put a new Outlaw Playlist on my ZUNE.

Yeah...Outlaw music during training. Music doesn't matter. One thing you will learn at your first International show where they bust out The Vengaboy's "We Like To Party" dance mix as you walk up for a max deadlift.

Fat Gripz One Arm Dbell Press
137.5 x 3 reps...PR
(was important do do 1 with my left arm)

Rows and Curls
75kg x 6...55 lbs x 10 x 3 super sets (nearly puked)

BW x 6

190 x 1 @ 67 inches
