3) Defecit Sumo Deadlift from 2.5" mats

All deadlifting was done from dead stop

5a) GHRs-2x15 w/ 10#
5b) Shrugs-2x15 w/ 405
5c) Straight Leg Situps-2x15 w/ 45#
