Saturday Squatting with VIDEO

Saw able to get some work in in the gear this past Saturday. Was glad to get it in, and get an idea where Im at. My deadlift training has been going well, but my squat training has been all over the place. No idea why, but it has been the exact opposite of awesome, on the consistency side. Here is how it went:

Standard Warmup Stuff

810x1 Went very well. Wasn't a huge weight, but that will come this weekend.



Decline Situp

Weight is still slowly climbing up. 3 weeks left!
