11/3 Squat

1) Jumps-5x3 at 36-40", nothing crazy as I haven't jumped at all lately, just trying to remember how to be fast

2) Squat

315x3
405x2
Belt On
495x1
585x1
Wraps On
675x1
745x2

I wanted to do 3 here but I haven't been squatting much lately and just didn't feel in a good groove. No worries though, squatting is like riding a bike for me, I know the next weeks will show rapid improvement.

3) Squat

545x5x3 with 1 minute rest b/t sets

These were sort of hit or miss too. I need to initiate my squats with my hips back better. I don't think about sitting back the whole time, I go back and down, right now there is only down and my weight is too forward, with is why I missed 935 last meet.

4) SSB Dead Squat

545x6x1 with 45 sec rest b/t sets

These are a bitch. I have great reactive abilities and these totally rob me of those, but I guess that's why I need them.

5) Hanging Leg Raises-5x10
