11/4 Bench and Some Music for Really Tough Guys

This is my second bench session of the week and will be done utilizing the repeat interval method, using a bit higher reps, lighter weight and shorter rest intervals to hopefully put a bit of size on up top.

1) 1 Board Press-315x3x8

2) Reverse Band Press-385x3x8

3) 4 Board Press-350x3x8

4a) Incline DB Flies-3x12-15
4b) Lateral DB Raises-3x12-15
4c) Elbow Out DB Extensions-3x12-15
4d) Reverse DB Flies-3x12-15

Now I know since I'm big and lift heavy I should listen to tough music, but I'm so tough that I don't have to. This singer Sean Hayes is awesome, his album 'Run Wolves Run' is baby making music for white people. I do about 90% of my training to the music that I actually enjoy listening to, which is music like this, Mumford and Sons, Temper Trap, The Black Keys and lots of other stuff that is pretty relaxed, you'll find everything from Al Green to Wu Tang on my iTunes.
