11/7 Deadlift

Bodyweight is just shy of 320 right now...

1) Sumo Deadlift

135x5
225x3
315x3
405x2
495x1
585x1
Belt On
705x2

These felt really solid, I'm keeping the top sets a little lighter so I can do more volume in the backdown work and try to lock in my technique.

2) Sumo Deadlift w/ 75 seconds rest

545x4x3

These were flying up and were definitely the most comfortable I've felt with the sumo stance. Then I tweaked my hamstring, right behind the knee, nothing major but I had planned to do 6 sets of 545 then defecit pulls and GHRs.

3) Chest Supported Rows-3 Plates 3x5

4) Straight Leg Situp and Press-3x12 with 55 pounds
