Tuesday PRESS VIDEO

My hamstring is tender so I opted to cover it in Equi-Block , wear long shorts, and then wrap it once or twice with an old knee wrap.

It held up.

Bench Press
315 x 1 raw
Add Shirt
365 x 1 2 board
416 x 1, 1 board
430.5 x 1, 1 board
440 x 2, paused, 3 board (PR?)

Incline Bench Press
45 x 50 x 3 sets
135 x 8 x 2 sets
185 x 2 x 2

Fat Gripz Dbell Press
warm ups
127.5 x 6 and 1 miss...PR reps

Axle Rows and Squat Rack Curls
55kg x 6 x 2 sets & 55 lbs x 6 x 2 sets

GHR
EFS Pro Strong Band Reversed x 1 set of several reps (good sigh)

ABS
1 light set

I was really happy that my hamstring didn't KILL me but I'm not sure what I will do training wise for a few weeks. One rep, one set at a time.

Planning to use my ThermaFlex liniment till it runs out (soon).
