I'm alive and doing very little
My plan is to do at least one thing everyday, whether it be conditioning or recovery for about three weeks. Then it will be time to get back to training.
Monday-45 minute walk and contrast shower
Tuesday-Dumbell complex (very light 10lb dbls)
Going to be going raw dog for my next meet. I really want to up my volume and do a lot of raw training to lean back down to 275. I'll get back in the shirt for the Europa in June.
By the way, there was only on spot left last time I checked with Murph for the TPS seminar this weekend. It might already be gone.
I'm really looking forward to this. I love doing seminars.
