1) 1 Board Press-Up to 425x3x3

2) Reverse Green Band Press-515x3, 515x1

I had planned to do 515x3x3, but the pec/shoulder was aggravated AGAIN, nothing major but not worth pushing it.

3a) DB Front Raises-4x10-12
3b) DB Skullcrushers-4x10-12

I would normally do DB Flies in here too but not with the pec strain.
