Finding ways to work around the pec issues, I think I'll be good for at least 500 at the meet as long as I'm diligent about my restorative work.

1) 3 Board Press

365, 375, 385, 395, 405x3

All these were easy, next session I'll drop to a 2 board, up the weight and drop the reps.

2) Reverse Green Band Press


This was just an effort to promote a lot of blood flow through a full range movement without much stress to my injury.

3) Chest Supported Row-5x12-15

4) Globus Unit, Max Strength Setting on Chest

The Globus in an electronic stimulation device that has a variety of settings targeted towards different physical qualities (strength, power, endurance, recovery, etc). I've always been skeptical of this type of thing, but James has made me at least willing to see what it has to offer.

It is a very unique sensation and a very intense contraction, my response to this unique pain/tingling/tickling feeling is laughter.
