Another Fun Sunday, Nov 13

Hmmm...so 7 days after I torn hamstring...what do you do?

I supersetted every set of Deadlifts with reverse band Good Mornings, Preacher Curls (hamstrings), and hot cream! I ended up doing more than 10 sets of each.

Deadlifts
45, 135, 225, 315 x 3 straight to GHR, Preacher Curls

365, 405, 441 x 1 straight to GHR, Preacher Curls

Add 55 lbs chain, straight to Preacher Curls and GHR
441 x 1
495 x 1
585 x 1
675 x 1

We decided to attempt to use some Secret Russian Training Methods for our OHP!

Axle Clean and Press

95kg x 5 strict
105/231 x 4 strict
115/254 x 1 push press
140/308 x 1 push press...PR!

Atlas Stones

Preacher Curls

went into ham cramps just trying to set it up
