Tuesday Bench Press

Decided not to take a max PR attempt but to repeat the cycle with some needed improvements.

The person that suggested in a QnA a couple weeks ago that I do more tricep work...is right!

Bench Press
341 x 3 x 4 sets to a 2 brd
365 x 3 x 3 sets to a 3 brd, paused

Incline Bench
tons of reps with 45
bunch with 135

Fat Gripz Dbell
warm up
60/132 x 1 right...lots of misses
...exhausted

Finished with Rows, Curls, Hamstrings, and Triceps!
