Monday- Lower body

Morning weight finally settling after the bb show. Was 232 this morn, right about where i expected.

warmup routine and foam rolling

front squats- up to 405x3x6 sets in 20 minutes
pec rehab- incline pushups 3 sets of 15 to get blood in there. still giving me trouble

stretch and more mobility work for hips

**just stayed light and focused on full rom, speed and volume. I plan to take a test back squat on sat after a turkey day carb up to see where im sittin now at 8 weeks out. May do a test pull also if feelin good
