A little squatting and deadlifting, very little

Stupid Seven Dynamic Warmup
Band ab pulldowns 3x15
Band gm's 3x15
SSB squats 65/115/155/180/205/6
Trap bar dl 135/160/185x6

Yes, this was stupid light. I have not squatted in some time. My snapping hip still bothers me, but I had to get under the bar. I must say I was nervous about every rep, even as light as they were. I don't know whether it wsa physical, psychological, or a combination of both. I am just going to take small jumps each week and see what happens.
