Speed bench w/MMB 9x3 225

Fat bar skull crushers worked up to 3x8 275

Fat bar shoulder press 3x20 95,115,135

Push downs 3x15 100lb

Standing abs 3x15 100lb

The MMB felt good on the speed bench the rest of the workout was pretty easy. I was still a little sore from Wednesday’s workout. 18 weeks from the WPO semi I have a few more weeks to play around and then it's time to get serious.
