11/28 Squat/Bench, last session before Friday's meet

Kept it light today, just trying to get my squat in the right groove. Due to my hip injury at the last meet (August) I have had a very hard time finding the same stance/technique that I used to squat 905. Even though today was light it was one of the first times that I felt solid in my set up and technical execution, just in time too.

1) Squat
