Thursday Training

Thursday Training
morning weight 232 (i finally have ankles again!)

SSB box squat (12")- just up to 2pps for 5sets of 5 with about a minute rest between. just doing to keep hips loose
Pendelay rows (strict barbell row)- 135x10, 185x10, 245x8, 295x5x3 (last set to failure with 9)
bench- 315x12- first flat bench no pain in weeks. nice and slow, felt some discomfort with 12 so stopped. not gonna push it at all.
pulldowns- 5sets of 15

some stretching and mobility stuff for hips, shoulders, and pecs.
