Saturday Training

**I hope you guys are reading the Daily Motivator and find it as inspiring as I do. The post for Saturday, "Momentum of Effort", feels especially relevant, to lifting and life. Basically, just get off your ass and get it done. Here's to getting it done and gaining momentum!

Planned to just do 5x5 at 70% today but everyone else was goin heavy and i just wasnt feeling the reps today. Hips are pretty beat up from this new stretching routine im on and it took me a long time to get warmed up. The sets were slow and painful so i dropped the reps and just did singles once i saw 70% for reps wasnt gonna do me any good today.

Some funky crossfit ski simulator machine for lats and tris- 3 rounds 1 minute each w 1 minute rest bt (this thing is rough! lit my abs, lats, tris, and lungs on fire!)
