I sound like a broken record, but this was another light day. I think it's only been my second week back squatting in over 4 months. It's beyond pathetic that I am using heavier weights to bench than squat and dl. However, to use and already overused term, it is what it is.
Fortunately I did not feel any give in my bad hip so the plan will be to jump up to 3 plates next week. The saddest thing is how unbelievably sore my legs are today.
Lastly, my form was awful on the dl for the first two sets. It was as if I stiff legged them. On the last round I reset at the bottom instead of touching and going. It made a huge difference. Guess I have kind of forgotten how to do this stuff it's been so long.
