Recovery and cardio-type-stuff work
Been a long day. Had planned to go to the gym this afternoon and deadlift, but I got called into work and some dumb stuff with my bank that took almost 4 hours on the phone got in the way of that. I'll hit it tomorrow, no problems.
Just did a lot of lacrosse ball work, foam rolling, and static stretching on my quads, hips, hamstrings, feet, glutes and entire back. Felt pretty good.
Cardio was just running around at work. We were two people short and I managed to get a guy and his wife that were total assholes. For 2.5 hours.
