Friday Accumulation I week 3 Bench

Outrageous Eight super secret warmup
Bench 420 2x5, 1x3, 1x2
Incline dumbbell bench 80 5x10
Rev hyper one arm rows 155 5x12
Incline ytw 5 3x10 each
Dumbbell conc curls 20 3x15

Muscles definitely fatigued. Looking forward to a week of deload and recharging for my first week of intensification. I was surprised how the bench felt so heavy for this session. Speaking to Brian, he told me my numbers were based off of my competition bench, not a slow controlled bench as I was doing. It's not even a necessary part of the accumulation phase I was in, he just wanted me to get some harder work in.
