Still licking my wounds from Friday night. I have to start getting much more serious on training nights. I need to shift my attitude and get in the right place. This is one of the reasons I like lifting alone my other three training days. I create my own training atmosphere. When I am around other people I'll bs and joke around. I must put the blame fully on me. I can only control myself and need to be held accountable for my own behavior. This is not how I am going to reach my goal.
