off from the net but not off from the gym. Last weeks training
Been studying for finals the last 2 weeks so i shut myself off from the net but i still made it to the gym. On break now so will give me some solid training and recovery time these last 5 weeks heading into the raw unity meet.
hips super sore from sitting so much so squats were rough.
front squats- 405x4 sets of 5
DL- 8sets of 3 with 455, 2 minutes rest bt
ohp speed press- 135x5, 155x5x4sets
lat pulls- up to heavy 6
feet elevated cg, paused pushups- 5 sets of 12
bench- up to 405, 425, down to 315x10
standing db ohp x 3sets of 12
i dont rememebr what else...
squat w 133lb chains- up to 655x1, 705x1
deficit dl w chains (idk how much)-up to 455x3sets of 3
floor press w chains (idk how much?) up to 275x5, then did a bunch of sets w 225, then 135. i dont remember
