Sunday - Cardiac/recovery beggining of my first deload week
Treadmill, 20 minutes @ heart rate 100
Foam roll upper and lower
I only have to train twice this week, one upper and one lower. Taking it easy with a deload. The focus is on recovery. I have cardiac and recovery work 5 days this week. I'm also making sure to eat and sleep well. I need to be prepared for the beginning of my first intensificatin block next week.
The program called for a heart rate of 100 instead of 110. I can't believe the difference it made. The treadmill was a fair degree easier just with that little change.
