Monday - Deload/Restoration I lower

McGill situps 2x15
Listened to Rhodes and moved my squat way in and took away the box. Figured doing this on a deload would be a good idea. I did not have any twinges in my IT band. However, when I dunked my first squat my groin popped so loudly I feared the worst. Fortunately nothing happened as a result.
Going to go slow and base my numbers off of 300 for a 5/3/1 routine. I will reassess after each month. I know I have said this many times, but this time I am going to stick to it at least until my bench meet in March.
