Great One Year Juggernaut Method Testimonial

I released the Juggernaut Method, barely over a year ago and got this email the other day from Dan Jenkins who has been down since day 1...

"A year ago(December 2010) I was fat, sluggish and out of shape. After eating anything insight and a life long battle with Hypothyroidism( under active thyroid) I had ballooned up to a terrible weight of 332 at on 6'1''. Yes I'm a power lifter but that in my eyes and my doctor was unhealthy. to weight 330. So i began to look up work out programs that would help me become more athletic and stronger. And when i read about the the Jugg Method as i call it. The fist thing i thought of was becoming the Juggernaut from the Xmen. I began following the program im January 2011 after a month of running the program, without doing box jumps and sprints. I was walking for about 1 hr every other day on the treadmill. I was still 332, so I did some more research and i began carb cycling from a template that was kind of like a Sheldby Starns diet. Long story shory. My begin numbers were 545x5 squat raw, 405x1 bench, and a 505x3 dead lift. Today i weigh 252 and my numbers are better in my eyes. 685x1 squat, 405x3 on bench and 615 dead lift all with out gear only a little blet Ive hard for 10 years. Also when i weighed 280 i hit a 44 inch box jump i can provide video if needed. This program allowed me to gain strength and agility without me killing myself 6 days a week in the gym without results. I'm in and out and i have fun. Thanks Chad, I highly recommend this program for any athlete and anyone who wants to turn themselves around."-Dan Jenkins
