Monday - Sq/dl

Simpllistic Six special warmup
Physio ball reverse hyper 3x10
Physio ball crunches 3x10
SSB squats 205/225x5 250x20
Sumo dl w/hook grip 185/205/225x5

Started my 5/3/1 program based off of 300 lbs. My thumbs were sore from hook gripping the dl even as light as it was. I'm just going to double overhand everything while the weight is so light. No pain in the hip and I got work in. I finally feel like I am heading in the right direction.
