Fab Four warmup
DE Bench (3 grips) 300 8x3
Bench 360 2x5
CG floor press (thumbs from smooth) 405 3x3
Lat pulldowns 150 3x12
Plate raises 45 3x10

On to my lifting, the 300 felt great for my speed work. All the bench sets felt excellent. I was much more in the zone being able to push weight with my usual speed. Definitely feeling a little sore today in both my upper and lower body. Guess doing sets of 20 on squats with even light weights can beat me up. I'm going to hit the treadmill, foam roll, and contrast today.
