Holy $h!t I have gotten even fatter. I'm closer to 308 than I am to 275's. However, I have not hit the big 300 again and that's been kind of a promise to myself. Time to hit the diet hard.

On another note, I am crazy sore. I have been taking contrast showers everyday. I even threw some DMSO on my shoulder. Hard work sure beats you up, hope it pays off.
