New Years Eve Squatting

Saturday started my new training cycle for the XPC Coalition meet. Had a long week prior to, and, rather than bore you with details, lets say that I am glad that the holiday season is over from a job perspective. I NEEDED last week, and it went infinitely better than I had thought.

Squat

Single Leg Press
3x10, 1x20 Each leg

Reverse Hyper
3x12 Heavy

Chest Supported Row
3x10

Pulldown Abs
3x15 heavy

Definitely harder than it looks. Squats felt very good, surprising, as I haven't worn gear or been much over 600 since the meet in November.

Big areas of focus this training cycle are general conditioning, upper back and leg/hip strength, and keeping my bodyweight up without becoming a sloppy mess.

Brian is doing my training again for the meet. Hopefully I dont get sick this time, and can show up on the platform, not just on YouTube.
