Monday Training- now 3 weeks out from RUM

Trained on Monday instead of Tues cause some of the guys had conflicts on Tues. Ill hit it again on Thurs as usual.

Stretch hips/hams/back
walking lunge and twist
bamboo bar bench
DL up to 670; tore callus
GHR- 4 sets 12- glutes were actually firing today

foam roll/lacross ball and stretch

This will probably be my last heavy day till meet. Im feeling burnt out- no appetite, not sleeping well, not motivated to train. gonna drop intensity (weight) and increase volume (sets and reps).
