My speed was not nearly as speedily as it should have been. Holy crow I am beat up. So I have deduced I am either going to be really sore for Monday training or Friday training. I am choosing Monday.
I am grateful that Jess came down and lifted off for me. I think I would be dead in the basement otherwise. I'm sure I will sound like a broken record about being beat up, but I guess that is what is supposed to happen.
I am very intersted in seeing what this training yields. If I am in fact able to hit a pr I believe that my old way of training was just too comfortable for me. I struggle with thinking am I too old for so much work or is it just that I was not pushing myself hard enough in the past. Like I said, it should be interesting.
