This is usually a lower assitance day, however, I was feeling a little beat up. I just kind of wanted a day off from training and my cardiac work. I went for ART and then did some work at home for further recovery. I want to be ready for my next bench session on Friday. As a bench only guy I don't really think I need a lower assistance day, but I do like gettting the work in. I made the call to take it a little easy.
Dropped 10 lbs of my fatness and am now again closer to 275 than I am to 308. I'm only 3 lbs from my training weight of 285, but I am not easing up on my rigid diet until I get there.
