DMSO on shoulders and pecs
Did not want to foam roll yesterday. I'm thinking I my upper body was feeling good and that it might beat me up a little. This whole thing is a giant learning process. So I did my cardiac work which sucks. I keep having to go faster on a higher incline to hit my heart rate. This is a crappy side effect of getting in better condition.
Did some light stretching also. Afterwards I took a contrast shower. I know I put these in my log a lot because I take them often. I just wanted to say I think they make a big difference. As I was going from hot to cold my whole body was tingling and all I could think was "This has to be doing something good for me." Anyway, if you have not tried a contrast shower, give one a shot.
