Sat Training

Didnt do a whole lot today. Feeling pretty beat up and just gonna coast into the meet. Did box squats to to let my hips recover and some speed pulls just for some volume. Some speed ohp for shoulder health- these and the stretching are really helping alleviate shoulder pains.

Box squats- 450x3x5sets
Speed DL- 455x3x5sets
Strict OHP speed press- 95x5, 115x5, 135x5, 155x5x3sets

stretch pecs, lats, hams, and glutes
