Saturday Squatting 8 Weeks out
First week of the new training cycle. Brian has put together a good one for me. Talked to him about it yesterday, and we say down some good parameters as far as keeping me from peaking too early, and blowing my load in the gym 2-3 weeks out.
420x1 (added 46 Jack Briefs after)
510x1 (added 54 Jack Suit after)
600x1 (Put straps up after)
800x1 Reverse band
Got a new Jack suit to use today. The 54 is an infinitely better fit than the 56 I was wearing. Pretty excited to keep using it and see how it nreaks in and works for me.
I was throttled after all of this. Felt good to be back at it though
