Excited to squat but 2 weeks or more with no squats had me feeling pretty nervous about it all.
I felt my hip on about every rep of every set but it wasn't a pain that forced me to slow down or stop...it was JUST PAIN if that makes sense to anyone.
Box Squats with 220 Chains
ACE Pro Briefs
441 + 220 Chains x 2 x 8 sets
45-60 sec rest between sets
132 x 5...triceps...repeat
5 rounds of this non-stop
3 Giant Sets of GHR, ABS, Rows
Got the minimum done, survived, and I was FREAKING SORE for days from this! Can't imagine had I not had the "feeder" squat session.
