Well didnt really do anything because i went home to visit family and got a late start back. Drove 7 hours and got to the gym late. My hips and pecs were so tight from driving i just did some stretching and mobility stuff to loosen up. No need to do anything stupid when im that tight and get injured- im just now starting to feel pretty good most days.

walking lunges w trunk rotation
start cutting carbs on wed, down to 100g/ day at first. Not a problem since my stomach ulcers or whatever it is has killed my appetite since Christmas. Been struggling to get food down anyways; cant wait to go all liquids for a few days.
